Transmetropolitan

Bueno, no se si esto debe de ponerse aquí, porque no es un manga tanto como un cómic, pero bueno, no hay otro sitio xD

En fin, ¿De qué va?:
Ciencia-ficción. Estamos en una gran metropolis de un indeterminado futuro. Spider Jerusalem es un periodista que tras alcanzar la fama hace cinco años abandonó la ciudad para vivir aislado en la montaña. Ahora se ve obligado a volver a la ciudad y volver a trabajar, encargándose de una columna de opinión semanal en un periódico, donde habla de diferentes temas de actualidad social. La serie gira alrededor del proceso de investigación y documentación que Spider realiza sobre cada tema, que nos sirve para conocer la sociedad en la que se mueve el protagonista, a la vez que vamos conociendo un poco mejor al personaje y algunos detalles de su pasado.
Porque Spider Jerusalem es un periodista muy peculiar: casi siempre de mal humor, antisocial, malhablado, adicto a todo tipo de drogas y notablemente irascible, no duda en usar todo tipo de trucos y jugarretas (e incluso un poco de agresión física, cuando es necesario) para llegar hasta el fondo de una investigación. Aunque Spider es el protagonista absoluto de la serie, cuenta con el contrapunto de sus ayudantes que le acompañan en su trabajo, asistiendo primero con sorpresa y más tarde con complicidad a sus nada ortodoxos métodos y entablando incluso cierta relación de amistad con él, aunque ninguno de ellos lo reconocería.
